Google Adwords had a survey for it's customers. And here is what I said in the comment box:

I hate keywords with a passion! I really don't understand what makes a good keyword. The keywords tool is semi-useful. It seems that one has to get professional training in this area in order for it to really be effective, otherwise it's sort of like peeing your advertising dollars down the drain. The adwords does drive traffic to my site. I wish it could be a bit more cost effective.
